BS is part of life – enduring it humbly sets a better tone

6)   Our mission is to offer assistance to any track that asks BUT –

a.   We will be compensated (pay and/or food and/or lodging, and/or transportation)

b.   We will be safe (suits, helmets, shoes/boots, radios, eye protection)

c.   We will finish the job (first in – last out)

d.   We will set the example and let our actions speak for us (period)

e.   If this is not done – we will not go (demand excellence)

7)   Every opportunity to be professional is the only path – there is no other way… either set the example or leave the Team.

Why are you doing this? 
Are you snapping pictures for YOU or the Team? 
Why are you “in the suit”?)

8)   We WILL be scrutinized. We WILL be examined. We WILL endure.

The ONLY way to improve is to keep doing the right thing

We go home when its time to go home – not before

To take selfies?  To gain access to drivers, owners, celebrities? 
To pad your collection of autographs?  To promote yourself?  To inflate your ego?

We don’t do that in TFST – if that is your goal or part of who you are…
